RESEARCH

       The Research and Publication Component shall undertake research on major legal and public issues and shall bring the results of these researches to the public and government policy makers through publications. Contributions from scholars, specialists and experts from other institutions and individuals, nationally and internationally, shall also be solicited to enrich the exchange of ideas, practices, experiences and learning of others.

       Our hope is that the publication will bring the voices and experiences of our researchers, research participants and contributors, as well as the research findings and the activities of the Dr. Jovito R. Salonga Center of Law and Development and the Silliman University College of Law to the national and even international communities.
